99 Anger Comeback Show in Cheongju(Jan14)

I got to Cheongju with everyone a bit early. Hanging out with Yumi while she had a smoke and while I took some random pictures.

This is the Road King that the show is going to take place in.

Yumi is holding on to the mannequin and the measuring the distance from the chin to the nipple. Haha. Actually she was feeling it up but my angle was bad. Hahahaha!!

We all made it really early to catch them practicing. So I went around and took some pictures then the girls and I thought we would play some pool. There is one pool table in the place. Yah it took us over an hour for one game. Well it felt like it anyways. We rule the pool table girls!!! Hahaha.

Well I thought that I would walk around and take everyones picture while they are waiting for the show to begin.

To begin the show was Suck Stuff. http://www.myspace.com/suckstuff . They played an extra long set which of course was filled with high energy. The drummer was sick that day so the drummer from Guk-do subbed. For not practicing at all, I think he did a great job. I rarely ever get disappointed watching them play.

This was 99 Anger's comeback show. http://www.myspace.com/99anger. It was my first time to hear them live but it was amazing to hear that with other people in the crowd it was a normal thing. Everyone was excited about the show and seeing Hyun play. He not only played his old stuff but also played some new stuff from his demo. You could hear everyone in the crowd singing along with Hyun. I think it was a successful comeback set. Now Hyun its time to play in Seoul!! Hahaha.

The last band and the headliner for the night, Rux. http://skunklabel.com/rux/. They played a great set but it was awfully short. Plus, I noticed when the mic went dead the sound guy did shit. One of our guys had to find batteries and give it to Jong Hee. Later I found out that they told Jong Hee to end there set at 8:10pm when there set started at 8:00pm. Damn shit heads. It was was bad enough that they did not even have enough mics for everyone. Then they did shit with helping. Well Rux played a great 10 minute set.

After the show, everyone got together to get some grub before heading back to Seoul. Truthfully I think that it was nice to see everyone together after the show. Food and Soju what more can you want, right!?!

We were not ready to call it a night so some of us headed to Pearl Jam for a couple more drinks.
