GMC Show at Rolling Hall(Feb4)
Last Sunday was the GMC Show. I was interested in going because I have not been to an all hardcore (minus one or two bands) show in Korea. And since I grew up in the hardcore scene back in the states it peeked my interest. It was a nice change of pace. First off it was my first time at Rolling Hall and thanks to Jon I found my way uneventfully. It was easy to spot. The place was huge and because I came late I missed a good number of bands. Which sucked because some of the bands that I wanted to see already played. I was glad that Rachel, Grant and Aaron were able to show up and keep me company when I was not taking pictures. The crowd was really young but there energy was great. Most of them danced there hearts out. I wish I captured it more. Well the first band that I got to see was Firestorm. This was only the second time I got to see them play and I must say that I liked what I heard. At this point I have no link for them but I will update when one is provided. Enjoy the show....

Guest singer..

Doesn't this look like a poetry reading? ha ha. Love the picture though so I thought I would share.

I think this picture came out sooooo well.
Some of the guys dancing. Actually it was the tail end of the dancing.
The next band is also new to me. No link because I don't have one. To start of the show the singer does a somersault and flip thing. But he did not land it. The bands not that bad. I will have to see them play again to make a final decision.

The crowd loves them.

Next up was LowBlow. http://www.myspace.com/lowblow . This was the first time that I got to see this band play. I liked them. Can not wait to see them play again. Check out their music.

I tried the Grant style and this is what it comes out like. hahaha.

Tae bang enjoying the set.

Last band of the night for me is Vassline. http://www.myspace.com/vassline . Great band. And the lady's love them. I was tired soo I snapped a couple of pictures. Listened for a while then headed home. I was a tired girl.
